Highlights of Horological Events of the Fortnight ending July 26, 2015

A relatively quiet fortnight, only one significant event by Chopard. They launched their Mille Miglia which was unveiled in BaselWorld 2015 to the local media and public.

As typical with Chopard events, well organized, and fun filled.

Held at a very interesting loft/industrial space in King George’s Road, the location was well chosen. Food was excellent. And a vintage 1955 Porsche Spyder graced the event, emblazoned with Mille Miglia logos and even the private Mille Miglia 1000 Italia race numbers of Karl Frederich Scheufele, Co-CEO of Chopard.

The same evening, Chopard clients and guests were treated to cocktails at the same venue. The event was a great success, with guests filling the large venue to the brim. Some well known gate crashers were also present.
